The Purpose of Our Meeting

I want to share how I secured the Probate and other accounts. Since the 2000s, I have focused on establishing a “Single Point of Contact” to receive 1-2 listings per month.

Single Point of Contact

In the early 2000s, my mentor guided me through the process of landing an account. These accounts typically resulted in 20-25 closings per year.

100 Closings Per Year

The goal was to close 100 transactions each year. I no longer concentrated on expired listings, geographic farming, or Zillow, but instead focused on securing four probate attorneys.
